No. Copilot Studio is a general-purpose configuration tool that takes 8–26 weeks to build workflows and requires a Power Platform specialist. OpsWork is a finished product built specifically for UK HV work. It deploys in 14 days because the workflows are already built and tested in production.
Customer data is processed inside your Microsoft 365 tenant and Azure subscription. Every agent runs in your Azure subscription. Designed so OpsWork Ltd has no routine access to your content after deployment unless explicitly approved for support.
No. Client-facing, irreversible and material actions require human approval before anything reaches a client. OpsWork handles the administration around engineering — never the engineering itself.
Every decision the agents propose arrives to you as Approve / Tell [agent] / Postpone. Nothing goes to a client, a register, or a document without a human approval. The audit trail records every decision and who made it.
