Sub-processors

OpsWork operates inside each customer's own Microsoft tenant. Customer email, documents and project data never leave that tenant. The sub-processors below operate the underlying OpsWork orchestration layer — the agents, the Bridge, the wizard, the website. Each link below points to the sub-processor's own Data Processing Agreement.
OpsWork Ltd is in incorporation. Until incorporation completes, the service is operated by Saqib Engineering Ltd, registered in England and Wales. The sub-processor list below will be re-issued under OpsWork Ltd at incorporation without changing the underlying processors.
Notification of changes
OpsWork notifies customers in writing at least 30 days before adding, removing or replacing any sub-processor on this list. Customers may object during that window and terminate without penalty if a material objection cannot be resolved.
Data residency
All Azure compute, storage and Azure OpenAI inference for OpsWork run in UK South. Cloudflare edge nodes are restricted to EU points of presence under our Workers configuration. Microsoft 365 tenants are customer-owned and remain in the customer's data residency region.
